I walk and cycle every opportunity

and have given up Smoking and am eating healthy.

Already on meds for hbp

and Statins to aid Cholesterol .

history of stomach pains , cramps

which come and go . Also have

large Iguinal hernia which I knew about , but confirmed via scan .

have swelling of ankles , again which vary in size .

Inbetween this have Also been diagnosed with Essential tremors

affecting arms and hands ,although I can control at this time.

Just got over a detached retina

operation at Moorfields

now have this diagnose to contend with ! I need to know people's positive story's.!
