I get that. Since l don't have any digestive problems with my stomach and the gurgling is more on my left side; l have come to the conclusion that it is trapped wind in the water that is retained in my body. Don't take my word for it, it is guesswork but l never had it before l got heart failure and atrial fibrillation.
