After care now home from hospital

Hi im very new here had a heart attack last week and then diagnosed with takosubo cardiomyopathy. I got discharged from hospital yesterday. I didnt see the rehab nurse before i left. My question is what can i and cant i do now im home. What should i avoid ect. This is making me a little

Anxious not knowing what is doing too much and whats doing enough to stay healthy. I hope this makes sense. Thanku in advance.

Hi Geenieg. Take things easy (if you can obviously as to whatever other things you have to attend to), try not to get too Stressed (easier said than done I know), try and get a full night's sleep, take the Tablets that have been prescribed for you and if you don't feel well, ring your Doctor ASAP. Also, you make perfect sense!! Take Care 💘

Thankyou for replying snowflake20 its all just a bit daunting but with the helpOf this app and the facebook support groups im sure i will be fine x
