Weird question

I realize this is a question for my cardiologist but not possible right now. I have cardio myopathy due to a LBBB with EJ of 42 per cent so in early stages. I want to snorkel underwater and question of this would put any stress on my heart that could cause a heart attack. I have no Coronary artery issues

Yes it would put extra stress on your heart as immersion in water leads to a shift in blood from the periphery to the intra thorax region of the body. My gut feeling is yes but only in a heated pool or warmer climes and accompanied. But you MUST talk it over with your cardiologist first
