Blood pressure

Can anyone help or give me advice please on to lower blood pressure I got diagnosed in December I think a lot of it was my mum not being well and worrying . So any advice would be really appreciated

I am probably stating the obvious, but here goes....

Reasonable weight and diet, Regular exercise. Good sleep.

Relaxation.

With the pandemic, doubt if you can get relaxation classes. Maybe online. Or failing that DIY. We do need to make a huge effort with relaxation techniques. But if you can achieve good relaxation then the other requirements seem to fall in to place.

Take and record your BP readings as a routine. I am hopeless, i only take my reading when the stress is high. And then the act of taking the reading stresses me out even more.
