84 year old post covid arteries closing

Hey there thanks in advance for your taught.. My grand father who's is 84 has recently got over covid around three weeks ago... However thisweek he was refered to hospital and has pneumonia and a clot in the lung which is responding well to treatment... My concern is the doctors have told him that his arteries are closing and that he needs ultrasound tomorrow (already had ct).. They said they are very concerned about his heart... Are there any treatments just some feedback would be great

Sorry to hear about your grandfather's health struggles Eddie. It is great that he got through Covid and I'm sure after his tests he will be given excellent treatment .I've had an echocardiogram ie ultrasound of the heart .It's a lot nicer than the CT which I've also had!Let us know how he gets on.

Yes, I'm fine.I had a bout of really high blood pressure and needed checks after.Some small amount of damage to my heart but bp is low now I'm on meds.I'm sure they'll sort out your grandfather.😀
