Heart failure and low energy levels. Seizure like episodes

I was in hospital in December 19/January 2020 with pneumonia, organ failure and sepsis. I had three litres of yuck drained from my right lung. I went home and began to recover but then started to gain weight and struggle to breath. I went back to hospital, organs stopped working again, DNR conversation in IC on my own in the middle of the night. I now have heart failure, LBBB , my EF was 15 although now it’s up to 30. The meds give me low blood pressure which my heart nurse says contributes to the extreme fatigue I feel, the plan was to fit a device which would allow me to stop that drug but obviously not happening right now. Is it normal to be so tired? I liken it to flu without the temperature, I’ll sit here needing something on a shelf and wait until someone comes in and I can ask them. Even fun things like art projects go untouched and even reading is hard, I’m fifty seven. I also suffer from dizziness, fainting and what I would describe as seizure like episodes. Jerking, not responding to anyone, falling to the floor. Very scary especially for my daughter to experience. Thank you for answers to any part of this 💖
