best talk to your doctor.

however, i was told sinus pausing at nighttime was a normal finding and not much to worry about. i had a few on loop recorder. what i was also told is that the level of worry was dependent mostly on the length of the pause. If i remeber rightly ( but it was 6 years ago now- so do not take my word for this it could be absolute nonsense) i was told <8s is nomal 8-30s would warrant further routine investigation >30s I would have been listed for urgent investigation/treatment.

Sounds to me like you've been put on too high a dose of beta blocker post your SCAD.

I was told by my dr any over 5 is dangerous. Stopped metropol and much better now. Would have required a pacemaker if this had not worked. Keeping track for now
