I’m going through a bad episode of PVC’s - the started in May and having hundreds- probably thousands each day.
I’ve had them before but usually they hang around for a few weeks and then go.
This time has been different and one of the biggest problems I’m having is terrible episodes every time I eat- every third beat is a PVC and it’s making meal times a misery.
I’m also getting woken up in the night with episodes of fast heart beat with lots of PVC’s thrown in and this sometimes takes an hour to calm down.
I always have them every time I move, stand up, walk, bend over, turn over in bed etc but these other events are new and I don’t like it!
I’ve got a cardiology appointment on the 23rd but just wondered if anybody had experienced anything similar.
Tired and worn out with it all this time 😢

I’m having the same. I eat and I get them every few beats and feel quite unwell Today it has been relentless. Usually after an hour or so after the eating-induced ectopic storm they settle into a background level — they are there, but not intrusive. Today it’s been constant.
Like you, every third beat. Then it can be 5 beats, then 8 beats, a few in a row. And so on. I dread eating now. I’ve been on Magnesium for a week or so and nothing is better. I’ve done York Cardiologist’s breathing exercises today but that’s not doing much either. The mental burden is getting a bit much, not to mention health anxiety.
I have an appointment for a 24h ECG next month. It seems such a long way off.
You poor thing .. Iam going through same at night , Iam so tried , I’ve had ecg Friday at doctors they said as usual nothing to worry about it was fine 😕 don’t get me wrong I don’t want anything major wrong with my heart , but I’d loved to know what causes them after all these years 30 odd 😬
Iam taking magnesium but also a consultant once told me to find something with a small hole like a kids capol syringe take the plunger out and take depth breath and blow into to small hole with all your might , it did work it somehow suppressed the heart to slow down ..
