Femoral Iliac Artery Endarterectomy Outcome

I am awaiting the above procedure. Until the onset of PAD which came as a surprise I was an active cyclist albeit at age 79.

I am anxious to learn of the outcome of this op and whether I can expect a successful return to my pre-diagnosis position. Or does have an effect on mobility.
