Pins and Needles with Heart Failure

Hi, I am a year into my heart failure diagnosis and I am generally feeling well, with an RV now of 48%. However, in the last month I have been woken every night several times with pins and needles in my hands and arms. Any ideas anyone. Nothing has changed in my medication.

Are you sleeping on your back? That's best! I found using topical magnesium at bedtime helpful

I have these too!! I asumed it's my tablets, as it dramatically lowers my BP so if I reduce my circulation by leaning on my arm or leg I feel the effects more as the pills are centralising my blood flow??

Same here, I often wake up with painful pins and needles and put it down the the beta blockers. I intent to ask the dr at my next visit
