Hi , I am enquiring on behalf of my mum, she was on a dosage of 4 mg perindrophil for a week, then the doctor increased to 6 mg , she was feeling breathless quite often. at that time she was diagnosed with 1/2 potassium sparing diuretics. over the phone, the doctor asked me to stop the potassium diuretics and continue with 6mg perindrophil. she was feeling very uneasy at night. getting more breathless. she was comfortable with 4 previous, so i tapered of to 4mg is that ok ?and will you see any increase in blood pressure?
