severe aortic stenosis

Hi I'm new here. Shock diagnosis a year ago is now 'severe'. Another echo in 6 months time. Not really sure what symptoms to look out for or when I should report them to the medical profession. I do get niggly pain in the back and some need to take a deep breath, but normally just when sitting about. If anything walking exercise seems to help, is that crazy?

Walking is a wonder drug, I try and do it on a daily basis along a fairly flat path. Have you had any advice regarding dietary changes and lifestyle choices?

No, none. Last time I saw a consultant (august 2019) I asked that question and was told 'don't change anything, carry on doing everything exactly as normal'.

I'm finding it difficult to work out what is panic induced symptoms (am a little prone to that...) what is minor and what really matters.
