I have been doing really well with my angina up to today. I am on bisprolol 1.25 and Amlodapine 2.5mg. I was told to increase walking doing inclines etc which I have been doing with no issues. I have no stents as the consultant wanted to try meds first.
Today I climbed another stair case into my loft room and was very breathless and and had pain in chest and going up into neck which usually my angina does do except for chest pains. I took the spray and it did ease off but I did feel a bit out of sorts.
I was quite surprised as I hadn't experienced anything for a few months even climbed Sydney Harbour bridge in Feb without any issue.
Is this a normal experience or is the start of a deterioration do you think.
Hope everyone is safe and well.
Regards
Paul

You will only find out if it is something to worry about if it happens again. It is good that your spray has helped and hope it is something you always carry with you. It would be worth you contacting your GP anyway on Monday as they may want to refer you for further investigation. Obviously if it gets any worse then ring 111 or if an emergency then 999. They will not think any the worse of you for doing so as prevention is much more preferable to what could be a poor outcome.
