Apparently, "it has been designed to reduce the amount and severity of systemic (whole body) side effects caused by medicines such as iloprost or epoprostenol." (Phauk.org). Does that help, Boo_boo? No, me neither :)

No, sorry, can't help. It looks as though it's only been around for a year or so.

It's for pah, in my case caused by scleroderma. Not many people have pah and only some of these have selexipag.

It has side effects, pain, jaw pain, head ache, dizzyness, diarrhoea, feeling sick What you do is to take an increasing dose of the pills until you can't cope with the side effects. The box that was couriered down by the brompton contained antidotes. I've had one pill and my entire body hurts, head to toe. I'm hoping this is just a new pill reaction
