Hello and welcome to the forum! Thank you for filling in your profile which helps clarify your question. Your heart condition makes you more likely to develop complications from Coronavirus but not more likely to catch it. There is more information in the pinned post about the subject. From the guidelines you should be self isolating.

As regards diuretics there are a number of different types with different actions. The issue with Coronavirus is that when the infection becomes severe it causes fibrosis. This makes it more difficult for the oxygen in the lungs to migrate to the blood stream. For this reason people are initially given oxygen via a mask or tube through the nose . This may be increased by using a tight fitting mask to maintain a positive pressure. The next stage is ventilation (hence BJ's call) - the patient will have been anesthesised at this stage. So (personal opinion) I doubt diuretics are a factor.
