Underlying health problems and covid 19

This might have been asked before. Would having two stents put in 2 years ago be classed as an Underlying Health Problem in connection with the Covid 19?

Very helpful link, thank you MilkFairy. Seems both my son and I are at high risk, luckily already practising social distancing and isolation.
