Hello Alrewas
Welcome to the forum
Myocardial infarction non obstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA) is thought to be the cause of about 6 % of heart attacks.
It is more common in younger women
The common causes are thought to be a severe prolonged coronary artery spasm due to Vasospastic angina
Microvascular angina due to coronary microvascular dysfunction.
A blood clot or a piece of plaque blocking the artery
Spontaneous coronary artery dissection
It can also be mistaken for Takostubo Cardiomyopathy

I suggest you discuss with your Cardiologist the possible cause in your case so you can receive the appropriate treatment including the medication to prevent if happening again
Hopefully once you start your Cardiac rehab you will begin to feel better.
