Today I had my First cardioversion, it took 2 attempts to get me back in rhythm.

Feel good, 🤞it lasts.

I have a MRI in 4 weeks to check up on my HCM, then appointment with the consultant a few days later.

Small steps, but in the right direction.

I will get running again...

I have copies of my ECG from before. I have kardia so I can test myself.
