So hubby still suffering with chest pains every 3-4 hours and through the night waking him up. Symptoms have changed from his usual angina pain, now waking him up, he gets very hot ( possibly down to meds?) and today experiencing stabbing pain, roll on Thursday for the perfusion scan really hope it shows something up so they can at least try to do something to relieve his pain as surely he can't carry on like this???? It's been ongoing since 11th Jan and he has well and truly had enough now he's exhausted

I am sorry to hear your husband is still in so much pain

My Cardiologist says I must always go in to hospital if my vasospastic angina pain changes in anyway, gets stronger, lasts longer and is more frequent

I do every now and again need some morphine and IV GTN to get out a cycle of vasospasms.

I suggest if your husband is being woken at night in pain that he should be checked out by a healthcare professional.

Good luck
