Light-Headed When Walking

Hi all, I had my first Cardiac Arrest in 2011 followed by a triple heart bypass op. From then until a few weeks ago, all was well. I did long-distance walking (Camino de Santiago etc) without any issues; I also used a treadmill 2 or three times a week to offset my sedentary job.

However, on 12th December last year, whilst assuming the gym in a cruise ship, I suffered a second cardiac arrest. After treatment in the carribean, I was repatriated to the uk where I was fitted with a defibrillator on the 28th Dec.

I have just started slow short walks but feel quite lightheaded whilst doing them - is this normal??

Any input would be welcome 🙂
