Hi . I had a heart attack on 4th November and got 4 stents (RCA 3 stents LAD 1 stent )

I felt a bit rough for a couple of weeks due to the medication but feeling a bit better now. I have my first cardio rehab appointment on 11 th dec and have been back to work for a couple of hours this week was a bit tired but was great to be out and about again. I’m just glad at having another chance and watching my kids grow up.

Welcome to the club you never wanted to join, Robbie. There’s a lot of us here that have been in your shoes and are still going strong. Like you, I’m glad to have a second chance and to see my kids and their kids if we’re lucky enough, grow up. Things will get better. Keep moving, eat well, take the meds, stop smoking (if you do) and enjoy life. And if you need a moan - there’s always this forum!
