Many thanks to everyone who replied to my query. I have learned so much from people who have been there before me. I had my attack while in hospital in Spain, I was being treated for gall stones and pancreatitis when it all became too much for me to cope with, hence the heart attack. (What a great holiday) Incidentally the treatment I received in Spain was very good l have no complaints at all.
