Yes dear I'm doing that but the onlydl discouragement I'm having is whether I will be able to get surgery because it is not available in my country and I still don't have any financial support for me to be treated in abroad.
The Edward Francis Small Teaching hospital partners with the MRC Unit and the Chain of Hope charity. You should go back to Banjul and ask them what to do next when you need surgery. They are the best source of information available to you and you have already been to that hospital so you know where it is and have the necessary contacts and they have your records.
Most of us on this forum are being managed with medication the same as they suggest for you. Good luck.
