Hey there guys I was just wondering if anyone has any experience smoking marijuana in hemp papers after GABG? How long did you wait? I know smoking cigarettes is a no no, but what about smoking marijuana in moderation ?

GABG and marijuana
Smoking is a no no whatever the amount.
Whilst we all have free choice about the choices we make I wonder how all the healthcare professionals who were involved in your care would feel about your choice to undermine their good work?
The effects on the circulatory system from both cigarettes and marijuana is equally bad. In fact it barely matters where the smoke comes from be it cigarettes, marijuana or wood smoke. As marijuana had a higher tar content and is often inhaled for deeper and longer the risk of cancers is increased.
The partner of someone I know resumed smoking a few weeks after CABG - the CABG did not survive a year!
So NO! How you could even contemplate it is beyond my comprehension!
I smoked 20+ a day prior to my heart attack. One of the first things they dd in hospital the day after surgery was slap a nicotine patch on my arm.
When I was discharged as well as all my meds I left with a large supply of nicotine patches. I was subsequently asked if I wanted to attend any smoking cessation classes to help and encourage me to keep off the cigs - I think my answer was something on the lines that I'd had already been given the most persuasive reason for not lighting up again - a heart attack, so no I didn't need any help with staying for the cigs.
It's your life, so if you feel smoking marijuana is worth risking your future heath, go ahead, it's a free world and we all have free choice, but I don't expect you will receive much validation on this forum. Please think carefully about what you are considering.
