Hello and welcome, I don’t have myocarditis hut had Myocardial infarction in 2017 which left me with a left ventricular arrhythmia. I had been living the condition without any problem and my cardiologist team did not express any concern.

It all changed recently when I had syncope episode, I passed out while running. Consequently, they put in a reveal device to monitor my heart while evaluating a treatment, I am being evaluated for a device implant, probably CTR-D.

Above is just my condition and it does not mean that you would have to go through the same. Its best not to worry about it as I am sure if a treatment is required your cardiologist will discuss the options with you.

Despite having Myocardial infarction and Arrythmia did not stop me to enjoy my life, see below link if you want to know more, not suggesting that something you need to do but to show what we can achieve.

All the best.

Hello Chris228,

I hope you are doing well. How are you? I’ve just had myocarditis again for the second time. Never thought I’d be here again and returning to a normal and highly enjoyable life. Did the doctors say why you got it twice?
