This is nonsense on it's face, and I'm amazed that the BHF would taint it's credibility by advertising these "nutrition" scams. You can't "Defeat Dementia Depression or Diabetes" with this woo woo!

Sorry! I was a bit brusque there. Why not watch them and find out for sure. Everything i have seen by Dr Greger is backed up by multiple medical evidences. This series hasn't started yet but I am sure it will all be backed up by science.
