Hi, you don’t seem to have a reply. I think you need to record what you are experiencing on paper, keeping it clinical. Then ring your GP. You have more complex condition than I, so I can’t help you. But as a fellow patient I can understand your anxiety. Luckily for me I have a sister in nhs and I text or called her often. Her advise was to call GP or paramedic or go to AE. I never did but it was reassuring to know it was ok to do this. I felt worse when my heart rate was low as 32. Then my sister shouted at me to call 999. I still didn’t. But by keeping a list you can give those medical people correct info and leave your anxiety at home. I am assuming your condition causes anxiety like mine. I have AF. Just trying to help, best ring GP and take care.
