Pins and needles

Hi it's mattlol here have not posted for a long time had my heart attack in May it's been a long hard road of emotional and financial stress. But I'm now back at work which feels fantastic cardio rehab and my heart failure nurse have been a life saver and I can't thank them enough. My question is just recently in bed i have been having pins and needles in my arms and hands does any one else suffer this.

Both arms and hands? Normally pins and needles are associated with restricted blood flow to the area, is your work screen based? Are you sitting in a different position or stuck in the same position for long periods?

If it's your left at then you should go and get this checked urgently

I used to get pins and needles in bed while I was on statins. I also suffered from leg cramps in bed too. It may be the statin that is causing as I read in a book that statins can cause this.
