As you do not know the cause there is no way you can cure it yourself. You need to consult your GP or if gets really bad go to A&E.

Also DON'T believe anything you read on Dr Google and DON'T buy any drugs off the internet (they could cause untold problems)!

Unfortunately, you can't cure yourself, but go to the doctor who can check you over or refer you to a cardiologist to find out cause, don't be too concerned I have had an irregular heartbeat for years and I am in my eighties!
