Holiday Insurance I had a double heart bypass almost 4 years ago and found a great travel insurance company who have insured me for the last 4 years at an affordable price, I just paid £364 for an annual policy for myself (condition coverered 67 years of age), and my husband, worldwide inc USA & Canada with World First Travel Insurance, they are online. Hope that helps anyone looking for good cover at a reasonable price

Hello Mollie44 that does sound good. I will have to check it out next time I need insurance. I took some out for a 2 week holiday in Europe, was not charged a lot but a £750 excess was put on for myself and my husband, who has no health issues. So thanks for the info.

Hi Mollie44, the only issue I have with World first traavel Insurance is that the medical cover is restricted to State or Regional Hospitals. This would be fine in Europe and probably US and Canada. However in other places such as Africa or Asia , I am not sure the facilities within their hospitals would be upto the standard that we are used to here.
