Hello everyone, I'm Song.

I'm a bit of a mess and seem to be on a downward spiral that's speeding up.

I have high blood pressure and cholesterol, have tried stations but my lft's went haywire so I'm now on ezetimibe.

I'm 50 almost 51, overweight and have other health problems that make exercise difficult.

The medication your taking just now is a statin to help lower your cholesterol and changing your diet will also help if you go onto BHF website there’s plenty of ideas for different meals or sign up to there heart magazine which has great recipe cards in it ... Even walking is a great way of exercising... Take care ♥️

Hi Song-bird , here's a link to Heart Matters magazine that JakJenLew mentioned: bhf.org.uk/heart-matters-ma... - it might be useful if you decide to make some changes to your lifestyle but it would be best to speak with your GP about this first.

The community is always here if you need to talk, I hope your downward spiral improves :)
