INR 3.1 FROM 2.5

For the past two years my mother aged 87 has had heart failure and af and her inr reading has jumped from 2.5 to 3.1. Just 3.5 weeks ago she had her beta blockers reduced as she was feeling faint.

She religiously sticks to restricted1.5 litres fluid intake daily and her weight is around 9 stone as she has a low salt diet and small food intake

Any advice welcomed! I'm new here!

Hi midtennis. Welcome to the forum sorry to hear about your mother. Is she on any other medications? Has her feeling faint subsided? I think.you should go back to your gp and discuss this further
