Does anyone actually own one of these? Looking for information as to how effective they are? Have atherosclerosis and want to check on the health of my arteries, veins. Need to know the progression of this disease.

On Amazon, it suggests this device is a reliable assessment of the health of my arteries, indicating any blockages. Does anyone have any knowledge on this device?

Hi Lydia - as far as I'm aware these machines aren't a particularly accurate measurement of your vascular health, but I'm going to run it past one of our medical directors and get back to you with a fuller response.

Thanks, Chris. Would appreciate that. There is a more expensive machine on Amazon called HI Dop Vascular Doppler. Not sure if this would be more effective? Really need to monitor my arteries, veins etc. The NHS is in dire need of funds, so can’t expect them to provide every treatment or scan I need. Thought this might prove an alternative for me...?

It would be interesting, now a year has passed, to see what the medical directors said!
