Since we're on pets at the moment, this is Lexie, one of my six cats. She was rescued from a dog crate in a shed with two litters of kittens. She was completely imaciated and had no net rest in her kittens or life itself. Sadly two of her latest litter died and Lucy had to hand rear the others as Lexie had no milk. This photo was taken less than a year later. She has one blue eye and one green and different shaped pupils and is a little princess - and expects to be treated as such eg opening doors for her instead of using the cat flap etc!!!!!!

Hi Wendy,

Lexie is gorgeous and reminds me of my old cat Bagpuss. She certainly had an awful time of it but thanks to your love and care looks the picture of health, well done you.
