I cannot afford a massage, though I am sure that would help. Have a caring & understading Grief Counselor, and a Grief Support Group is helpful. While all the things you mentioned are helpful, Nothing really takes away the grief --I think, we just have to live with it & hope it gets less & less intense. It's a Struggle.

We do have to learn to live with grief, but some things help us along the way <3

True -- Some days are Real Bad, other days not as Bad. It's just SO difficult --my life,, our lives will Never be the same again!

One thing i recall in all my dashes to see my loved ones was that the long lonely walk to their resting place gave me time to think and keep calm. More than anything else.
