I can't get a grip on my grief for my mother, the circumstances in which she died...the traumatic losses I've experienced. I'd like to be active (as much as I can be) on the Bereavement community...two problems..one will sound so stupid...I don't know how to find it...have a hard time navigating HU...also, I remember that you wrote to me via e-mail, if I remember correctly, or PM about something I wrote that was not acceptable. I can't remember what it was. I have to re-read the guideline and it's driving me crazy not remembering what you wrote to me.There's nothing at all that's going OK in my life.

It is so hard to lose one’s mother, even under uneventful circumstances, let alone eventful ones. My heart goes out to you.

One grief group leader said something to the effect that at some point you just need to put one foot in front of the other, whether you are motivated to move forward or not. That is what you have done by reaching out to us, in-spite of your finding it hard to remember things. That is not a uncommon occurrence during grief I’ve learned.

I am sorry to hear that nothing has been going well for you. Concentrate on baby steps if you can, like eating as healthy as possible. The pandemic makes these things all the harder but with God’s grace sunny days lie ahead. God Bless you Sophie.

Thank you for asking about me. I like many used outside distractions to avoid the rawer edges of grief. With the pandemic stay at home orders they have come home to roost. It is a mixed blessing I am left to process unfinished grieving. I wish you peace that surpasses understanding. Take care & try your hardest to eat well.

I'm not a good cook and i only us a microwave but simple meals even with two or three ingredients are possible. Never tried using a cookbook yet, maybe people will recommend some with quick and easy recipes.

You always come up with good nutritcious meals :-) You could always checkout Jamie Oliver's 30min meals Greyone you'll find some of his recipes online.

I cook everyday home cooked meals and microwave meals although I still use my oven the micro is good but I feel using the oven is better.

The microwave certainly helps Kenny, I used to cook cook whole chickens and main meal in one I had but that was a long time ago <3
