While I said I’m alone I do have family but my bereavement is so personal that no matter who is there it is a road I travel alone.

I can totally understand that @Will2015abc but I do hope you feel you can talk with them if you need/want to.

Thanks Chloe40. It’s diffucylt as my husband still (thankfully) has his mum and 2(!) dads. So while he can sympathize, he can’t empathise. I do have bereavement counseling so that helps a little.

Glad to read you have at least some support and are benefitting from the counselling, that's encouraging news.

I have family at home however they don't support me, I support them and dont have an outlet

That's a shame

bunty65 you really could do with support in or outside the home. Maybe think about getting involved with a Charity perhaps or some creative interest you have, have a look on our main page for ideas bunty.
