how do you tell someone you love that you have, through ignorance given them HIV??

Firstly if one didn't known that they had the disease, then it's not the persons fault, but if the person knew he or she had the disease, and gave it to their partners, well in my opinion that is totally wrong, and that shows that he or she didn't really love their partner. I suggest he or she tell their partner before they put more people at risk. That my best advice.
