Are there any Sexual Health Clinics in London that do same day results for all STI's?

Not that I know of as many tests need time for the STI to "grow" in the lab. For example HSV swab/culture tests can take up to a week as the virus needs time to develop in the lab. By the way HSV is not included in standard STI testing - you need to ask for IGG specific type testing and the majority of NHS clinics do not do blood tests for HSV, so you have to pay for it privately.

Unfortunately as carryon said, most tests take a few days to cook. Most GUM clinics can do swabs and have a look down the microscope while you wait. It gives you a provisional result, but may offer some reassurance.

Most clinics also now offer rapid HIV test which can give an accurate result in just a few minutes.
