I have a cluster of painless sores on my foreskin about 2cm from the penis head. They are not painful & look like have small amount of puss

It very difficult to make a diagnosis without examining you, but sores on the penis can be caused by the cold sore virus - Herpes.

I would recommend you visit you local Sexual Health / GUM clinic to get them checked. (bashh.org/clinics).
