Dear 12345,
It would be incredibly unlikely that you would catch anything from that situation. Some infections can be transmitted through blood and bodily fluids such HIV and Hepatitis.
I wouldn't be overly concerned but you can always go to a sexual health / GUM clinic for a check up.
