Hi

I had vulvodinia for about 5 months. It was constant pain. Doctors were unable to diagnose but I knew what it was. There are some treatments now such as numbing gels and you can take medication for nerve pain. I suggest you visit your doctor to get some of these treatments. Avoid wearing jeans or tight trousers. I hope this helps.

Why not try a numbing cream or gel. Also U Tube videos can be helpful especially those by Doctors talking about remedies for this condition. There may be an operation you can have. Two years is a long time.

Did yours go away after 5 months with or without medication? Did it ever come back? I’ve had it for 4 months and have resisted medication but I’m fed up now.

yes it went away on its own. The medication did not really help. It never came back . It should clear up in time. I got vulvodinia from using a pessary for thrush so if you can avoid them it would be better.
