If you have sex with someone who finished their chlamydia treatment 3 days prior to you having sex how likely is it you’ll catch it?

Ideally you should wait about a week after treatment before having sex. I would say wait a week or two and then go and get yourself tested as you cannot be sure that they haven’t given you the infection even if you did use a condom.

I personally would go and get check just in case.

Yeah I will do, another thing is I finished treatment for it about 2weeks ago so I’m scared I could be reinfected, also if I do a test could it still come up a false positive from when I had it previous because I haven’t waited 6 weeks?
