I just wanted to ask that if you get hormone balancers, does it mess with your systems and facial feature

Not really sure what you mean. What are "hormone balancers " ?? Do you mean the contraceptive pill ?

Yeah any pill which can help to regulate my cycles

They can certainly regulate your cycles and reduce heavy bleeding too. They do not interefere with fertility. They usually help with acne symptoms too. Best to discuss with your family doctor.
