If you haven't already I would get a full sexual health screen. Your diagnosis could be caused by a few things. It may be a good idea to speak with your girlfriend. She will have to take some medication too if I understood what I read correctly regardless of how this has come about.
I hope that you get the right treatment for it and good luck with speaking to your girlfriend.
It means that your bladder infection is not caused by the Gonorrhea bacterium. Are you on antibiotics? Are they working? You can get bacterial bladder infections from other sources like contaminated food these days ie. 'Superbugs.'
