Is there anything you can do about a cut/tear in the frenulum? We tried to let it heal for 3 weeks but no change.

hum? is it infected? is it painful? how did it tear?

It's either repeated ripping or is inflected. I'd head along to your local sexual health clinic or GP so they can have a look.

Normally just leaving it alone and using salt water to clense the area is all thats needed, but it does a take a while to heal.
