Firstly to clarify is your complaint that you have erectile dysfunction (difficulty getting hard) but still able to ejaculate and that you can only ejaculate once per day?
Erectile dysfunction is very common, particularly as you get older. It is a good idea to see your GP to discuss as it can be an early sign of heart disease. There are medications that can help, but often psychosexual counselling is the best treatment.
You worry you are only able to have sex once a day? Is this a change for you, as this would be very normal. In fact many people would have sex, on average once, per week.

The funny thing is that I can feel like having sex with a lady but immediately we are in bed, the interest lapses and I become soft.
I have talked to GP many times but they say it is psychological but I do not think it is.
