I had genital warts..they have been gone for about 6months now.. Can I still pass it on?

The wart virus can stay in the skin for 1-2yrs after successful treatment of warts. However, the majority of risk of transmission comes from the warts themselves, thus unlikely that you would pass it on. Condoms are always a good idea though!
