I was reading a study last night. To cut a long article short, of 9 Chinese ladies who had the virus whilst they were pregnant all the babies were born healthy and none of them appeared to have the virus. I personally would say go for it. If you are healthy then it sounds like a really nasty case of flu and you wouldn’t let that stop you from trying to conceive.

Just get on with your life and do what you want to do and pretend the virus isn't around.

Best of luck!

This is a really personal decision. For me, I think I'd go on with my life as planned, but it really depends on what your risk tolerance is and how prevalent the virus is in your community. It's also likely to take a while to get pregnant, so by the time you get your positive, we might be through with this mess.

I'd consider postponing something like an IVF treatment a few months until everything quiets down with the virus just because that can be a really stressful time anyway. Also, I wouldn't want to be hyper-concerned about getting infected while in the first trimester and after spending so much money to give us the shot in the first place.

Yes, it certainly is. I would definitely be thinking about it too.
